After having 3 children and a spinal injury, I really had to up my game to stay strong as well as mobile and flexible.
After project-managing my own rehab, I learnt a lot about what it takes to look after your body and keep it functioning at it’s best..
Working for the NHS for many years, I was dismayed to see so many people struggling to progress after injury or illness mainly due to the lack of a holistic approach.
I use many principals of yoga and postural restoration alongside my Personal Training knowledge to work on breathing, the physical body and nutrition so I can really give the best that I can to my clients.
