Personal Training & Rehabilitation

I work with anyone who wants to get stronger, recover from injury, illness or back pain I also work with women experiencing peri and post-menopause symptoms who want to improve their fitness and feel better about themselves.

I help people who have neck or back pain who want to reduce their pain and get back to doing what they enjoy. I work closely with Physiotherapists and Osteopaths on their treatment plans (where appropriate).

I am an older adult specialist personal trainer.

I use Pain Reprocessing Therapy with clients who have long term pain.
